Roasted Tomato and Garlic Pasta

Italian comfort food does not get any easier than this. Eat as a simple vegetarian dish or add your choice of meat. The spicy paprika flavour of chorizo would be my choice!

Ingredients
Cherry Tomatoes
Sugar
Chillies
Garlic Cloves
Olive oil
Dried Spaghetti
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese Shavings

Place a load of cherry tomatoes into a oven proof dish and add a few peeled garlic cloves, sugar and chillies. Cook in a pre heated oven on a medium heat for about half an hour. Stir garlic tomatoes into some cooked and drained spaghetti and serve with a few shavings of parmesan. Add black pepper to taste.
